Dean Vaught will provide Whitlow Employees with a Safety/Security Briefing prior to starting the smoke school.  When Whitlow Employees arrive at the site they should enter the facility at the Employee Gate that leads to the Employee Parking Lot for the Administration Building which is off of Harding Street.  There is an electric gate at the employee gate that leads to the employee parking lot.  When they get to the gate they should type in the code on the key pad and follow the instructions that are provided.  The gate will open and everyone should park in the employee parking lot and walk over to the Administration building to sign in at the Lobby on the second floor. There is an underground tunnel that leads to the Administration building and outdoor steps that lead to the second floor.  Dean Vaught will be in the Lobby to meet you.
