The devil went down to Osama Bin Laden May 9, 2011
The
devil went down to Ben Laden. He was looking for a sole to steal. I believe with
all my heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and that the
The Lord is my Sheppard who
can deliver us from evil or the evil one,
the devil. I also
believe the devil is real and is alive and well in the 21st century.
I also believe the devil can tempt us and even let us hear his voice. You often
hear testimony that criminals heard voices that made them commit crimes. I
believe that the devil tempted Osama Bin Laden with a life of extreme wealth,
world power, fields of marijuana, and wild sex with many women. Several of his
friends and family broke off all contact because there was a turning point in
his life. Some people believe that
Osama Bin Laden was the
devil in the flesh. I believe Bin Laden signed a contract with the devil.
Others believe that they saw the
devil’s
face in the smoke at the World Trade Center. I believe they may have seen
the devils signature.
I believe the
Navy Seal Team 5 did Osama Bin Laden a huge favor. They put him out of his
misery. They shoot horses
don’t they? They shot him twice in the head and the chest. He died instantly.
Sadly, I don’t think he had time to repent and ask forgiveness from the Lord.
They did give him his last rights, but not too sure that did him any good with
the Lord for forgiveness. But judgment is mine sayith the Lord. The Seal team
saved Bin Laden from the shame and humiliation of a trail by a jury of his peers
and a public hanging. They did him a favor by letting him escape his miserable
life, which did not quiet end up like the devil promised. He spent 10 years of
his life in isolation hiding from the rest of his family and the world, held
captive within the prison of his own concrete tomb of a compound growing gray
and old in near poverty conditions with a small TV playing with the remote
control in a room filled with wires hanging from all the walls. He dared to
venture out onto the rooftop for fresh air only a few times.

The
devil temps us all. We all have our weaknesses. I have mine for sure.
The devil tempted Jesus in the desert.
1
Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted[a]
by the devil. 2 After fasting forty days and
forty nights, he was hungry. 3 The tempter
came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become
bread.”
4
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every
word that comes from the mouth of God.’[b]”
5
Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point
of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of
God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:
“‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’[c]”
7
Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the
test.’[d]”
8
Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the
kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9
“All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
10
Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord
your God, and serve him only.’[e]”
11
Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.
We are all subject to being tempted by the devil.
Resist the devil and he will flee.

1From
whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not
hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
2Ye
lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye
fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
3Ye
ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it
upon your lusts.
4Ye
adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the
world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the
world is the enemy of God.
5Do ye
think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us
lusteth to envy?
6But he
giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but
giveth grace unto the humble.
7Submit
yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from
you.
8Draw
nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands,
ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
9Be
afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning,
and your joy to heaviness.
10Humble
yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
11Speak
not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his
brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth
the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but
a judge.
12There
is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that
judgest another?
13Go
to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city,
and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14Whereas
ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your
life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then
vanisheth away.
15For
that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do
this, or that.
16But
now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
17Therefore
to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is
sin. |
