Herbert Otwell for Police Chief
Herbert Otwell would make an
excellent police chief. He has performed in this position for over a year now. I
have known Herby since we were kids in the early 1950s. My daddy, George Wesley
Whitlow was the head of traffic under Chief Kelly and Herbert’s dad Emit worked
under my dad. We were all close friends. These are all good folks and Herbert
needs to continue representing the police department. He does a great job.
