Smoke school at the top of the hill in the
beautiful woods, in the parking lot next to the walking path for the Horine
Conference Center, followed by free Cajun Lunch in the Conference Center and
Classroom in the Conference Center.
Driving Directions: Follow the signs
for Jefferson Memorial Park, then the signs for Horine Conference Center, then
the smoke school signs

Hotels: We like to stay at the
Holiday Inn Airport South. The rooms are large and fairly reasonable. The
beds are top notch and back friendly. The elevator works. The staff is
professional and friendly. All that and downstairs there is this great
restaurant and bar with a good bartend. The kicker is their very large big
screen TV for the Saints game. Who Dat say they gonna beat dem Saints

contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke
school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and
what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should
print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can
simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your
cooperation.
The report time for each day is 8 AM.
When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be
finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel
can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your

Ask them to open the doors and gates at 7 AM.
IMPORTANT GATE/ Call the park
the day before the school to have them unlock the gate and the building. It is
safe to park the trailer in the parking lot and get the machine ready the day
before the school. It would be more comfortable for the customers to sit and eat
inside of the building. We are paying for the building. You have to set the
machine up in the parking lot next to the walking path. There is no open view of
the sky next to the building. We tried doing the school here but they could not
read the smoke, because there are too many trees in the background. Try not to
be in the park after dark because they lock the gates- warning this happened to
us.
Call before to get the combination to the gate, it changes every week.

Concerns about leaving
smoke school equipment out overnight/
The park said that they have not
had anything messed with in a long time wedding parties leave things out all the
time. They said they cannot be responsible for anything although they see no
problem with it.
These are some of the plants that should be but are not coming
to the school call these.
