Montgomery Alabama Smoke School- Stress free EPA Visible Emissions Certification Training by Whitlow Enterprises

The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) conducts audits of  Whitlow Smoke School and has determined that we meet ADEM requirements for field certification of Visible Emissions Evaluators. Successful completion qualifies students to perform EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions testing for smoke stacks and other air pollution sources for six months (provided students have also successfully completed their required Smoke School classroom training every three years).

The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or  Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at  8 AM.

Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.

April 19, 2011 good to go reserved the pavilion from 8AM to 2 pm  Cost $300 per day  plus $50 for every hour past 2PM.George,
Wendy had already mailed contract and payment in end of last week , I talked to Ann at the park, told her we only wanted the 19th, and if we didn't call back and get the 20th we would roll those fees over to next smoke school in Oct. , for now anyway....she said that was fine....Pete
 Whitlow Crew Chief, call 334-241-4734 ahead of time during normal business hours to get the door opened at 7AM. When finished with the first day look the gate with one of our locks. Return their lock key after the last day is finished. Office staff- annual updates are required for insurance.

Reserve the Lagoon Park Pete Peterson Lodge for both days from 7AM to 2PM/ get the fees and contracts if we need them.
